If situation is mobs with 3-5k hp and not very dense Or non aggro, QS is very good. (mobs’s hp under 10k is still okay)
Your running shot hit hard & fast and you can do that while runnning to next position, It will make you kill mobs faster than most class.
But when mobs are densed (Or auto aggro make mobs become dense) AOE is better. Wizard, Dievdirbys, Wugushi net kill per hours is higher.
Such as Demon prison district2
At demon prison district2 I party a lot. People go out and come in, party members change from time to time.
There is a time when my party is consisted of 3 Quarrel Shooters and a Paladin.
EXP rate is Okay but slower than when I party with AOE class above.
This game has a lot of maps, varies configuratin of mobs.
There are maps that great for Solo Running shot, but in higher level, you will party more, less solo.
And when you party in high level, they tend to focus on proper execution of AOE, QS is for nice added dmg and finish what is left over, not main attention.
And when mobs’s hp is like hundreds K, every class is struggle, more or less.
In this situation Wugushi, ScoutC3, mainstream fletcher is maginally better.
Dont get me wrong, QS is good and fun, I just say that there are times and situations when other classes are clearly superior.
We can not be great at everything in one build. It must has PROs and CONs
For Fletcher’s AOE
As I aim to play QS3 / Fletcher3, non synergy weird build, I know.
Fletcher AOE is not that good, Crossfire delay like 3 sec and make me standstill for a long time.
Fun fact from my grinding experience:
- Chaplain bot hit the hardest lol ,It can even kill steal from Quarrel Shooter, occasionally
- If there are walls Schwarzer Reiter will kill faster
