A. Creating a character in TOS involves making choices about stats, skills, attributes, classes, and many other things. It is possible to revert a character’s entire state to what it was like the day before, for example, but rolling back their class or skills while maintaining the level and stats intact is not an easy task. We will, however, consider making it possible to give up class advancement quests to allow picking a different class.

wait, what did you understand? they are stating that rolling back a character is not an easy task(>won’t be done) and they are considering making it possible to GIVE UP A CLASS ADVANCEMENT QUEST, this means if you picked the wrong class you can pick another one BEFORE you end the quest that let you advance to said class

mate all quests are based "hey doge u want become a Swordfukinman? ok go kil 10 creeps cumback so i turn u on it. quest in this game are hilarous easy…

So you wont actually become the first class you chose because you didnt complete the quest…

So once you actually pick a class and complete the quest to become it, you wont be able to change it.

and it’s not “so you think” it’s literally exactly what they said.

i mean, i can’t imagine how people manage to select the wrong class.

… i mean if you screw it up after that, then it’s entirely your fault, i think.
that said, a lot of people seem convinced that they clicked the “right” class, and still somehow got on the wrong class advancement quest, so maybe it’s actually a thing.
…

basically… if you’re still doing the quest, you can cancel and change your mind.
once you complete the quest and turn it in, you remain as locked into that class as you always have been.

of course… ALL THIS IS STILL JUST HYPOTHETICAL~
they said “we will CONSIDER”… not “we will do”…
so in the end, after the consideration, they might still decide not to do it.

(i think that they actually -will- do it, just because some people refuse to read confirmation boxes, and they’re probably tired of getting tickets begging for help they cannot give… but in the end, it isn’t guaranteed until it actually happens.)

I too just can’t seem to understand how players can get the wrong advancement quest. The buttons for classes are so big and spaced away from each other that it is impossible to click wrongly unless there is something wrong with the player’s mouse.

Next there is a 2nd confirmation dialog box with a warning message that gives the confirmation of the class chosen and confirm with the user whether it is their choice.

3rdly, the UI gives a visual of the class the user clicks and going to change to, showing the class costume visually with huge words of the class name on the right of the UI. Even for players who don’t understand English they can visually confirm it with the costume the class comes with.

With so many visual confirmations, how can one say that they “accidentally select the wrong class”.

Well i never picked the wrong class but one time i hit class lv15 while in the middle on an open field with lots on mobs coming at me and i didn’t want to kill them while i had class lv15 to not “waste exp” so i selected my next class while i was running in circles(royal mausoleum op) and it was a bit distracting, ofc i selected the right class but this could be a reason why some ppl picked the wrong one
