Divine Might after nerf useless?

Hi,

my wife and me Played ToS on Korea Server. Now we Play on iToS.
She Play Cleric and I wizard. Like on kToS she skill divine might lvl 10. But it have no effect on the skills. I read in Forum taht they nerfed it since CB, so it increas only 1 lvl . Now my oppinion is that the skill is useless. Or will it be reactivate in future updates?

It’s nowhere as good as it used to be.

But it’s still quite good.
It’s now a party wide buff that gives each party member +1 to their next x skills. Where x is equal to it’s skill level.

I’m still confuse, does this part…

Doesn’t this part mean that you can use it 5 times / 5 different skill? right?

or does it add just +5 skill level on 1 skill

It mean, that it works 5 times, so 5 skills +1 lvl.
example : heal, heal, cure, heal, heal. skill Ends

Well not like i will be dependent on it, i will likely just reserve it for heal and buff

works for me, and not OP like the old one i guess that is 12 dura? but +1 all skills i guess :tired_face: which is still sad

but i only want my 10 heal tile for Cleric 2, since Cleric C3 Guardian saint is s*cky

I apologize for being such a n00b, but I couldn’t understand that “max cap level” part. Which one of those do you mean:

  1. A C2’s heal wouldn’t go from 10 to 11 because 10 is the cap level for that rank;
  2. A C2’s heal would go from 10 to 11 because the max cap level for heal is actually 15, regardless of rank.

Assuming you have lv15 heal and cast DM, I believe you’ll only get 15 tiles and not 16

My doubt is: As a C2 with maxed heal for the rank (which would be 10), if I cast a DM’ed heal, would it be 11 tiles or 10? I wanted to know if the cap level applied for DM’ed skills was the rank’s current cap (5 for rank1, 10 for 2 and 15 for 3) or the highest cap possible (15 regardless of rank, so at ranks 1 and 2 DM would apply as normal). lol

I know that the buff was too overpower before the nerf, but the nerf was too extreme too. Between +10 and +1 there’s a long way. As a Cleric C2 that almost went for C3 I feel sorry for those who got C3 only because they wanted Divine Might 10

I feel like if they want to keep the nerf it could at least have a (way) bigger duration.

Are you telling me that a lvl 1 Divine Might (+1 skill) doesn’t apply to all my party member?

Meaning only 1 of my 5 party member can use the Divine Mights’ +1 bonus? :frowning:

This is old information, mixed with new information.

Divine Might is no longer a tile, but a party buff. It also will raise the level of the skill higher than the maximum rank limit available ( if you get a c3 skill at rank 5, Divine Might will raise it to 6, or like your example with heal 15, you can certainly raise it to heal 16 with Divine Might ). With certain skills, this is what makes Divine Might in its current form so good.

Are you playing cleric currently? It’s not a tile. It’s a aoe buff around you that grants an amount of upgraded versions (+1) of the next skills you will use. If you have it lvl 5 it will apply 5 times. Meaning you (and all the party members affected by it) will be able to USE 5 upgraded spells before it goes off
Check your data before stating something in that manner.

PS: It’s a great skill and there’s no reason why you shouldn’t level it, 1 point in fade it’s enough, 4 in cure, 10 safety zone, 10 heal if you are going for Cleric C2.
