Disproportionate level rise

The biggest criticism I have about the game is the sheer difficulty level up without having to follow the history of the game. Raise the level of a character is fun and the story is very good, however when it does it with the second or third character, is extremely stressful for the player, as the only viable method of climbing level is doing is following the main story the game and the secondary, level up by killing monsters is very bad and it takes too long, when in fact the two methods should be complementary, thus avoiding a uniform way to power level up. My suggestion would be to reduce the experience given by the letters of experiences that we receive after completing a mission and enhance the experience given by the monsters to be defeated. This will influence the players to test more than one combination of classes, leveling them to convey high, less tiring game.
