get SKS instead it’s the best for all-round PVE. It’s also cheaper. Gear doesn’t matter much right now. Just try to focus on Attributes get atleast Lv 50 MA. This will help out a lot.

Ranger1>Scout 3 = more on pve
Scout1>Fletcher 3 = can do both pvp and pve (boss hunting)
in my current build, i was thinking of A2>Ranger1>Scout3>Fletcher1 (for pvp bleeding)

It’s not good. Fletcher is an all or nothing class. Magic Arrow Lv. 10 is where Fletcher really shine.
then rogue1 will be the 7th rank for scout3
A lot of people are actually going 1 rank of Fletcher just for Broadhead in PVP. It pretty much kills anyone who doesn’t have debuff immunity. I wouldn’t try to squeeze PVP skills into a Scout3 build, though.
if people want to build a pvp archer there are better way than just Fletcher 1 though. It is a waste of rank IMO.
