Did i chose the wrong path?

I wanted to play a PvP Rogue and wanted to go Archer1>Quarrel1>Quarrel2>Scout1>Rogue3 but someone said that Quarrel2 is useless, im at lvl 65 right now and if this is the wrong path i would begin again… so could you please tell me if it is nessecery to start new? x.x

the ones that are aiming for musketeer are gonna be in for a series of nerfs and disappointment

Go for QS C3 for running shot
you need a good ping though

use ranger 2 instead.

Here are 3 Builds i have in mind:

Archer1>Archer2>Quarrel1>Scout1>Rogue3
(For Buff 25% Crit chance + 15% Evade from Archer2 &
6 second Stun from Quarrel)

Archer1>Archer2>Ranger1>Scout1>Rogue3
(For Buff 25% Crit chance + 15% Evade from Archer2 & 10% Str Buff from Ranger)

Archer1>Quarrel1>Quarrel2>Scout1>Rogue3
(For 8 second Stun [+ nice DMG] & High DMG + Slow [for PvP] from Scatter Caltrops)

If you have any suggestions please let me hear them.
