well there are companies that never hire real employees. they just recycle interns. but those are really rare cases.
I don’t think they messed up Granado Espada the way they messed up TOS… maybe its because they were not the publishers for that game? idk
maybe, im not being salty here i just want this guy to know that developing games like these takes time not days, months but years lol

The problem with IMC is they tried to be a game studio and a publisher the same time.

Exactly! they cant do both without having a very large staff… (Like NEXON for example)
They are the developers and publishers of Maplestory, they can deal with spammers, exploiters & botters… hell they even made their very own anticheat protection and maintain it themselves, events, maintenence, as well as work on new content, and still have enough time to do cartoon episodes on youtube
Usually when you need employees, you hire them instead of staying understaffed…
Not even talking about the fact that almost all iToS problems are from the dev side (dumb market restrictions, exploits in gamecode, game not being optimized at all, maintenances adding bug instead of fixing them, gamebreaking bugs staying unfixed for months…)
Obviously, imc don’t care about (i)ToS as much as we do.

Most of jobs offers by imc have probatory of 3 months, so a new employer will be productive at this amount of time.
Plot twist: devs have been dead for years, killed by their office pet monkeys who obtained intelligence and took over. They pretend to be human and mimic poorly our language. Their goal is to make a game that would make you suffer, because they feed from your suffering. The new staff are their kids, next gen uber-ape (worst english, best suffering).

idk but for me, for a small company like IMC that’s quite good , just being able to deliver a fantastic game and making its release is quite good, tbh we’re even lucky the project didn’t got cancelled during its development. just to be clear im not white knighting or anything im just grateful being able to play such a fantastic game for free. yeah there are many bugs and etc meh… so wut im still playing for free…
