No way that dev team are pros.
So, there is an addon that allows to turn effects off. And there is a stamina pole (root crystal or smth). With effects off it doesn’t give any stamina.
Know why? Cuz effect of stamina regen seems tied to the graph of the root crystal (flying ball of light to your char, which is not shown as effects are off). No graph -> no effect.

NCsoft should have bought ToS.
Why would a huge company like NCSoft that publishes games like GW2 be interested in a half finished poorly optimized little game like ToS?
