Not exactly. You will get + 112% of critical, so if you had 100 base critical before, using both skills you will have 212… If you have a high amount of critical, you will probably get critical on most of the time, but not necessarily 100%

Critical shot isnt a buff just so you know, its a single atk simply with high crit chance. Sneak hit on its own is more than enough either way so you do want to go for str.
I didn’t know barrage can be used as Shotgun 0.o, i though it hits every enemy once…
I also don’t understand how did he crit the boss so much when it turned around.
I thought sneak hit only gives you crit bonus from behind.
We never know about the stat build on that vid.
That’s a Critical Rate not Critical Chance
Nope its a little more complex then that its a formula like this
(your core crit rating) + 50% = (new rating) + 62% = (final result)
But it said crit chance, there are other buffs that increases crit rate.
So i guess the crit chance is different from that.

Critical rate IS your critical chance, but the number it adds is not the % ratio of 100%, it’s your rate that’s applied vs the enemy crit resistance with level difference factored in.
well if your crit chance is say your core crit rating is 20% then 50% added to it it would be 30% then you add 62% to that equalling 45% chance or something like that its early and my maths is horrible lol but you get the picture.
Can someone explain how sneak hit critical buff kept on going even after the boss turned around and he was no longer attacking him from the rear?

its a glitch with positioning sometimes the game does not recognize it changing facing happens from time to time.
The point I wanted to show was that the value of critical on Critical Shot doesn’t make you hit critical 50% of the time, but adds 50% of your critical base, and the same for Sneak Hit. The key word that makes me think it’s this way would be “Additional” or “+ x%”.
The only skill that has a different description of it is Backstab, which says that the ability has, in fact, 52% of critical chance …
At least that’s the conclusion that I had reading the descriptions, of course I could be completely wrong.
