I’ve checked internets. Some ppl suggest disable firewall/AV. Did this already.
Some ppl suggests (re)install directX. Did it too, no luck.
Any update on the matter?
Nothing, except not useful EMC support response. They say I have a network problem (which I don’t) and also should provide a screenshot (when I already provided whole video)
If anyone have the same issue please create support tickets.

i even reinstalled the game and the problem persist.
I’ve sent a third support ticket. It seems they don’t even read what I write and copy-paste some predefined answer succession. Latest response from them, given I described every step I took including this one:

It seems to be patching solutions. The game is patched successfully for me, it just doesn’t run after latest patch installation. Tried running Steam as an admin though.
I have some information that MIGHT be of some use.
i was talking with a guy in one unoficial facebook group of ToS who is having the same problem, i asked him to post his problem signature and fond that both me, the OP (magicpony) and him have the same OS version
"6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1"
what this means? idk but maybe someone can cast a light on the subject.

In ticked, make sure you
- Stated explicitly that the updater did downloaded and did installed the patch and you don’t have network problems
- Stated explicitly that you tried Steam integrity check
- Attached screenshot (they don’t understand video, maybe their
computers can’t play it lol), preferably with error details window
yeah ppl. if you are having this problem ticket it to IMC otherwise they’ll keep thinking it has nothing to do with them.
Status update: they said in the support ticket that my issue was escalated to development team. It isn’t a signal to stop writing own tickets as it still will help and will increase our issue priority in development team schedule.
Status update. I tried windows system update, but it didn’t do the job.
well only solution ive found for this to keep launching the game till it works. usually takes 3-6 launches to get in but i can play although its anoying lol
same problem here… really annoying… started only after the 24.6 patch
Restarting doesn’t work for me. I’ve got remporary personal solution though: I ran it on machine with Linux OS installed using wine. Now waiting when they fix it for Windows.
