She is Archer>Ranger3 and want to pick Schwarzer Reiter…
How could she make that work? (stats, skills, etc…)
You can choose between:
Archer2 ranger3 SR3 BM1
Archer2 ranger3 SR3 rogue1
Archer1 Ranger3 rogue2 SR3
IMO the first one is the best, at least to what you have

There is also the debuff build: A1-Ra3-App-Sr3-Ha1. You get 40% increase crit chance from cavalry charge + 20% increased crit chance from blindside and 15% atk/matk def/mdef debuff from devaluation. These are low cd debuffs so you benefit from them too if you duo often.
