Costume Headgears [1,2,3] Stats for Archers

We all discuss the stats/skills/items, how about we discuss which stat costume is the best for archer?

Currently I have:

Costume 1
Phy Attack +40
Ice Property attack +31

Costume 2
Sp +112 - still in the process of Enhancing

Costume 3
Crit Attack +51
HP +698
Physical def +6

So basically, I think every Archer wants PhyA and CritA combo on their head, but which one is the most recommended bonus stats?

Below are the list of maximum stats that I have seen so far in our server-SEA. (or who have the link for the list of stats that can be get from costume, can you share? thank you in advance!)

PhyAtk +41 = 41/1.6str = 25 pts of STR
CritAtk +63 = 39 pts of STR
Critical Rate +14 = 14 pts of dex
Elemental Attack +31 = added in all of your attacks
HP +750(?) = XX pts of CON
SP + 133(?) = XX pts of SPR

I believe Fletchers need SP Recovery+ costumes

What is your idea on which is the best costume for archers?

PVE: (order of importance)

1 - at least 2 sp regen stats 30+

2 - Critical rate / Phy attack

3 - Phy attack / crt attack / elemental attack / hp regen / hp

PVP: (same)

1 - HP

2 - HP :joy:

3 - Any def stat that you are lacking / critical rate / critical attack / phy attack

Ps: I rolled elemental attack (dark I think) at 43.

The ideal head acc for pve would be movement speed, aoe ratio (not def), and hp. You could go for physical attack (physical much better than elemental) or crit rate (much better than crit atk), but i feel hp is superior.

As for pvp, youd want hp, movement speed, and matk.l because why the hell are you pvping on a physical character.

The last one doesn’t matter as much for pvp. Just take an attack stat and be on your way to lose to mages.

I haven’t seen enhance giving movement speed and aoe attack ratio in our server, or it will just come out on specific costumes? would you mind giving screenshot for this one?

Based on the stats that is given by headgear, Crit damage gives more with +63 its like +39 str (of course without PhyA), but because of the crit rate formula, this is the reason why it is not worthy as it could be, right?

For 3 option stat headgear, I feel
HP + ElemAtk(Holy/Dark) + PhyAtk - is best for Archers (generally PvE and PvP)

700 HP x 3 = around 2.1k~sh additional HP is superb!

Aka> magic defence, aoe reduction (def), elemental resist…

@mamark.vicencio I saw move speed and aoe defence on orsha server. Its random. And yes, phy attack is very good, I should move it to “2” on pve options. But in pve regen sp is very important. Im farming at bees (160 area) and without regen sp (got extra 75 regen sp => 33+42) you will prob. slow down your party.

Movement speed is there - seen a few. AoE (offense) is probably there but extremely rare.

Physical attack is much better than elemental attack in the late game as it goes into multiplier scaling with attributes and skill scaling. It has a higher max of 42 compared to 33 for elemental attacks, you are less likely to have multiple attacks due to lack of Cafrisun, and elemental resists might totally negate your elemental attack in late game whereas you can never get enough physical attack.

The same is also true for why crit is better than crit atk. Crit attack is literal bonus damage added at the very end of the equation. It is never multiplied. Crit rate improves your odds of multiplying your damage by 50%. +14 crit rate should be superior to +63 crit atk at end game.

AoE defense I can’t see as useful in pvp. If multiple people on your team is getting hit to the point where AoE defense matters at all, then you are losing.

I’d honestly go for SP recovery on all three if I could, it’s so key to keeping sustained DPS over a long period of time. Also one of the highest sources for SP recovery

As a person with over 175 SP recovery on an AA archer, I can say that I don’t need that much. I am just spamming autos around 80% of the time and never run out of SP. Especially since a level 10 potion completely fills my sp bar and then some.

Ranger Fletchers could use SP regen more, but still, pots are where it is at. The more pots you use the faster you level the faster you gain money. You might save a small bit over the long run, but I think, given the choice, i’d take more damage on my hair acc.

In end game, after you got your yout items, yes. But speding 1m ~ 2m on sp pots will delay your item progression as you will need that silver to better items.

Hell, you even said pve. We are talking of pvp in this thread right xD

In pvp, you aren’t getting the luxury of sitting around for sp to regen. You use your pot and hope that you kill the other team before things like sp recovery come into your mind.

Deal more damage or get more def, sp recovery shouldn’t be top priority. It is a convenience for pve that not even all classes need.

Let us look at a realistic hair acc.

If I had to actually buy a hair acc off the market, I would aim for physical atk of 35+ and hp of 700+ and no 3rd stat. I’d want to pay less than 300k each x 3 hair accs. Don’t care about the fashion part.

In reality, movement speed and AoE ratio and double atk are too expensive for this point in the game and perfect 3 stat hair accs are bought up by the rich.

Take what you can get, and just assume you can’t min max this slot unless your job is to sip fruity drinks made with oil money.

@FLoki haven’t experienced full grinding, im just doing my quest there and there (currently lvl84 with tons of exp cards 130pcs lvl3 300pcs lvl4) I know that i will be really needing that SP recov, but your costume have other options like PhyA? HP? or when you just saw SP recov, just get it regardless other opts? (im planning to purchase cheap one and switch?)

@EternalRift I agree with you, I want to purchase or look for costume which suites both PvE and PvP (HP + PhyAtk suites also PvE, its just that SP recov is essential)

Elemental attack also adds in the skill right? what do you mean by multiplier scaling?

better to look for HP+ 700~750 with Atk +35~42 with SP recov if im very lucky, lol

With regards elemental attack, I am having fun auto-attacking since I got Cafri w/ +153 Fire (Arde) +31 Ice +33 Holy so its like im hitting mobs in Royal Mausoleum 700~ + 250~ per hit. :smiley:

Your rolls on your costumes are pretty good. Only your costume 2 should be changed. You can look for one with regen sp for ur hair acessory 2, as +33 holy attack is not that good…

Before I was thinking like 2 Elemental Atk + Phy Atk so I can have +30+30+40, its like +100 attack (ideally) but im not sure if the elemental attacks scales with our skill (the 400% bonus + base skill damage, is it being included in that 400%?)

So its more sustain/PvE like

Planning to change costumer 3 to
SP recov + HP/Crit Rate/Phy Atk

but for the moment I feel its really a must to have HP+700 in costume + others.

SP Recov is superb! Havent use SP pots while I cover 100% of the map (killing enemies on sight with Barrage/Oblique)

yes SP reco is sure sweet.
The perfect combo for me ( DEX archer ) is Crit attack/ SP / Physical
Hard to get, will take a while :slight_smile:
