@Excellence @Luculyia, please, watch the videos too. It seems the duration of Skull Swing increases with lvl (5s per lvl, 30s at lvl 5) and Cross Cut bleeding is fixed. This guy used the right combo of Cross Cut + Sky Liner.
Doesnât look nerfed to me.

How come this Highlanderâs Cartar Stroke is casted so fast ?
It was nerfed. Before this current beta it took only 0.5 seconds to been casted.
