with the new skills added to corsair do you guys think it’s a viable class in pvp ? in terms of gap closing swordsman have pain barrier and the movement speed ( double click on any movement button ) and now they have damage skills … so what do you guys think ? i think swordsman x2 > barb x2 > corsair x2 would be the best for pvp
PVP is all about burst damage and cc.
In terms of burst damage, I think 2H weapon classes still outshine 1H weapon classes by a mile, unless the 1H class has enough cc to make up for it (eg. Rodelero). Not to mention they just buffed skill damage of 2H weapon classes in the latest patch here:
In this regard, I think the winners are going to be Cataphract c3, Barbarian c3 and Rodelero c3.
Why did I include Rodelero c3? Primarily because of Montano and its attribute Size slow - 1 second stun + 10 second slow is OP in PVP, not to mention all the other cc skills it has.
Yes currently they are one of the most strongest swordsman classes in kCBT3.
They have 2 guaranteed stuns, 2 CC skills (based on charges/overheat), as opposed to barbarians low probability stuns. The only difficulty is you need a class that can close a gap and cc at the same time to make the most of it.
