I don’t know whose brilliant idea that was, but since we can’t democratically make someone in a party the de-facto leader, it seems completely unreasonable to have the functionality of a skill restricted to only those listed as the leader.
Corsair skill Jolly Roger does not provide a combat bonus buff unless the Corsair themselves is the leader of the party. Stupid idea. Please change it.
