Can you use skills on opponents you captured with hook at melee range? All I’ve read is that you can attack the one you’ve captured.
Yes, you can. The hook only breaks if you move.
Will they also be unable to attack like they were stunned or will it just restrict their movements?
They can’t attack. They’re sitting ducks.
