I think Temple Shooter card might be good for you. It makes missile attacks have a chance of applying Silence.
Itās 1% per card, not per star. Additionally, they say itās also a level 1 debuff, which makes no sense because it makes Minotaur simply so much better.

I want Seedmia Gem, but I think it is too soon to get one because a lot of new equips will be added in late september, soā¦ My guildmate has one, but canāt even pass it to me if I want it in untradable item lol. Such a pain.
I do have a Seedmia gem as well. No char with Restrain yet so itās just sitting in the storage.
P.S.: I have no idea about good cards yet. Iām focused on leveling my low level chars.

I think minotaur card only works with physical damage. Pistol shot I believe is missile damage. So it probably wonāt work with minotaur cards. We need people to test it.
Missile damage is physical, isnāt it? Itās a ranged physical attack.
I donāt know if thereās a distinction here.
I heard serpentine doesnāt buff missile attacks.

Cuz temple shooter seems to be ranged physical only.

I donāt see a part where it says about melee or ranged only.
Then whatās the point of making temple shooter card if minotaur is better?

I donāt know what cards are good for swordies (or any class). Iāll worry about that once I can get at least 3 cards to level 10.

It is okay, but frankly, it would be inferior in terms of DPS, unless youāre DEX build, but then you donāt need Sissels at all probably.
My current build is s2 barb2 cor2 shinobi and my main stat is dex. I want to cor3 at r8 and I have a stat reset potion. If I follow your stats above, is sissel better than gladiator band?
No, you need more dex because you are not a hoplite, I guess, but still I wouldnāt recommend to invest into dex more than into str. Also the fact that you have str-scaling of warcry.
Consider Murmillo. I donāt know much but I guess youād want that jump of his if it works same as hoplite jump. Tho Pistol is, frankly, also amazing.

I have thought of this all over again and again xD, but with my current build no rank8 classes synergize with what I am right now O_O that is why the only option for me is Corsair. Murmillo is out because I donāt use shield. Anyways thanks for the advice. Itās either Iāll gamble with Str or Dex, or Iāll just copy your stats and balance what I miss with gems and other items 
Some of Murmillo skills work with Dagger, and as Cor2 you have dagger.
Do you plan to PvP with it? How about this?
You will have a couple of manual stuns, a restrain, a hook and a stun-jump. Really, what else do you need to make em suffer?
PS. @CityLights how do you feel about Shinobi skills in general? Doest mokuton and invisibility bug often?
