dunno what IMC did but i think its fixed,no DCs today at all,runned dungeon,daily mission,not a single DC.
Hello Saviors! Kindly disable any add-ons installed with your game as this maybe the reason you are having this issue. If the problem still persists, please let us know through our Support. 
I feel bad that this is my first post here. >< Iâm really loving the game so I apologize that my first post is a complaint.
I am currently being constantly disconnected - usually almost instantly. I have yet to go for more than 5 minutes within the last 3 hours. In addition, the game takes an extremely long time to realize that I am disconnected. Once I receive the âDisconnected from Serverâ message, if that shows up at all, I am never sent back to the character select screen. I actually recorded a video showing how quickly I became unable to interact with anything after signing in from a previous disconnection, and also showing how long it took for the game to finally kick me. If I can figure it out, I will upload that here.
My boyfriend is currently playing right next to me and not having this issue. I tried switching to an alt but still disconnected.
Most importantly, I am not and never have been using any add-ons. So, there obviously is an issue with the game itself at the moment and not just with its interaction with add-ons.
Here are three videos of consecutive disconnects on the Klaipeda server. Warning that these videos are overall boring. I just wanted to show how long it takes for the game to actually disconnect me, and how little time I get before I canât interact with the game.
Edit: Note that in the second video, the last couple minutes arenât important since the game was temporarily working. I was disconnected again shortly after I stopped recording (see the third video).
Also, I guess it would be more accurate to label these 7/30/2016, but in my timezone it was still 7/29/2016.
Iâve been having an extremely similar issue. I wasnât having issues the 29th, but disconnecting like craaaazy earlier today. Klaipeda server.
No spiking, I would just immediately and randomly dc. Usually anywhere between 5 to 15 minutes. I was getting the same error message as Rob-Mar.
Trying to reselect my character would instantly dc me again, over and over each reselect⌠for a random period of time until it eventually worked & reconnected. Sometimes instant, sometimes not.
I donât use add-ons. I restarted my internet, reverified game cache, restarted computer, reopened the game completely⌠nothing worked.
