Constant Crash VGA Error and Refusing to Log-in for Entire Guildmates?

Bug Description :
My client crashed (VGA Error) when inside TBL (Team Battle League), forcing me to force close the client. Then, I started the client and chose my character, when on loading screen I got VGA Error again. I tried to login with another character, but the client still crashed.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Crashed!
  2. Login!
  3. Crashed!
  4. Login with another char!
  5. Crashed!
  6. Rinse and repeat!

EDIT:
I logged into my account at klaipeda server just fine. Maybe because of guild emblem or some effects when I was playing in TBL? I remember I got crashed after someone popped out [Revenged Sevenfold] skill.

EDIT2:
Its our emblem caused the VGA, please help us to remove our guild emblem. Kindly message me via PM. Thanks!

EDIT3:
I tried deleting all the emblems in the folder TreeOfSavior/release/GuildEmblem. When in 100% loading screen, my client crashed again. I noticed my guild emblem was downloaded again. Still unable to pass the loading screen, though.

EDIT4:
Some players also stated that they got into the same problem without the emblem. The culprit might lie in the Guild Settings. We begin to suspect some guild settings like guild fund and new content menu (Report inapropriate emblem) are causing this.

My TOS client.exe crashed inside ET 29f. Now i am having the same issue, cannot login with any of my characters.
Same guild as poster. Can staff please check on our guild emblem?

Same, FPS started dropping on my last TBL match until it forced me to close the game. After reopening the client, RAM started to huge amount of % on my PC after choosing a character.

This is just a wild guess, but does our Guild Emblem have anything to do with the constant crashing?

We are in same guild, with constant Crash VGA Error too.
Keep in error when get into the channel

Crush in Klai suddenly and don’t know the root cause, please try to find it out and fix it.

Its confirmed, our emblems got a problem. Another guilds with emblem load just fine and able to login.

If I may ask, are you using a transparent background for your emblem? Because our guild emblem has transparent background.

PNG file supports transparent background.

Could you guys help me out a bit so I can pass the info to the devs?

Are all the members of your guild experiencing this issue? If so, are they only experiencing it with the guold emblem?

Also, by sending a ticket with these details would help us greatly, so while I know it is a bit annoying, could you please send us a ticket?

We have confirmed that we couldnt log-in. Entire guildmates. Always crashed upon 100% loading screen. I already sent the ticket and it got replied.

So far, we suspected the guild emblem causing the problem, because we asked another person from another guild with emblem he could play in-game normally. Second guess is because our guild emblem has transparent background, since png supports transparent background. If so, we would ask to remove our guild emblem.

Also, if you could, could you please provide the LastReplay file from the Replay folder in your Release folder? Right after the game crashes, it should save data there that will help us check the issue…

Im in a guild as well and we’re all experiencing the same problem, random crashes, but, it only happens for periods of time, i mean, we get a crash (most of us not sure if all) then several crashes right after for a couple mins, then everything is fine again until a random crash and it starts over, several crashes in a row for a certain amount of time, right now i have the longest, 10 mins straight, crash after crash.

Some_Dude did a check for you guys.
Your png is 8bit instead of the required 32bit as stated on patch notes.
Not so affluent in coding/software engineering. Perhaps there is a link to all this mess?

I am in the same guild for this issue i hope the others who got dc-ed in there dailies dungeons saalus and et/solm runs have compensation almost half of the guild were doing them while we do TBL 1 by 1 we Vga-ed and no longer can log-in thank you for your kind consideration and time
