Hi guys, just to double check. Is there anyone from your guild that is logging in well after the recent maintenance?
none, its pretty much like our guild was kicked out of the server or got banned or something lol, no one cant do anything for almost 11 hours now, we missed worldbosses, our dailies and cant do anything at all. do something fast please = =
After maintenance at 1800 (all in Singapore time), all of us can login without any problem.
We have our guild emblem at around 2100. It was fine. I can log in and out of the game, relaunch and such. There was some lag spike after the guild emblem is there. Because of that, I relaunch the game a few times and i can still login fine
At 2200 many of our members went for tbl. At 2300-2330, ALL experience the crash and were unable to login anymore. Members who have not even login after maintenance are also unable to login. All of us crash after we select character at the lodge, during the loading screen into the server channel, and cannot login anymore from yesterday night till now.
We suspect Guild Emblem is the problem because we can log into other server like Telslai without any issue. And we realize some other guilds also facing similar issue.
We have re-verify the game multiple times, delete GuildEmblem folder and reinstall a clean version, but still unable to login. Once again, we can log into Telslai totally fine (testing character without a guild emblem), but we crash on loading when log into Varena (our main account with guild emblem).

the problem starts when everything is loaded for character/map it takes time to load everything which makes respond time to windows drop and result in not responding client/crash application error
team lodge is loading fine
Itās weird the lodge is loading but when getting inside the Map I still can hear the lodge bgm.
Iām not even in the same guild but itās crashing for me too, game start to stutter and then dies and crash by vga cpu problemā¦
Hardware is not a problem
might be thereās an underlying code somewhere that links the crashes w/ what happened in tbl ranking to guild setup coz I didnāt went to tbl but I have this issue
also other people who has guild emblem w/ few members and went to tbl doesnt have this problem

my guild doesnt have an icon and i keep crashing after logging, tried on different computers and still canĀ“t login on my char on Osha but can enter on a guildless char on another server
your guild went tbl? and are all of you affected in guild?
looks like creating a new char on another server and login in it fix it, though not sure if its only me but the game is really laggy atm

Any update ;-; my guildmates rioting now there stat reset is on the line and event reset already they wonāt make it ā-ā why a whole guild please fix ā-ā this is a very dissapointing matter do we need to mention also we use premium ā-ā so that this matter will be faster to be handled by ā-ā 12 hours and counting ā-ā
For those of you who tried to delete your guild emblems, did you also do a clean reinstall afterwards? And if so, did the emblem stay in the file location?
wow here I am wondering why I couldnāt log-in. good to see Iām not the only one that keeps on getting error message. Avantheim guild member too here by the way.
might as well dismantle system unit and clean it, then reinstall fresh OS just to be safe
