However, according to this thread, there is no cap to the heal skill.
Can anyone confirm whether or not the healing attribute is fixed?
No cap, got it at 80.

So… should I buy the attribute till 80 or is it already at that level even if you have only 1 point in the attribute?

you obviously need to buy the attribute.
80% -> 100% costs ~9mil though.
