Mine was lv30 but skill tip shows its 40%
So i decided to test the dmg with lv30 and lv31
So apparently theres increase damage which means it isnt 40% yet
Then after i tried out lv40 and lv41 , the damage increase as well
So i guess the skill showing 40% is a bug , pls report this
