This is an opportunity to openly communicate with us on why these issues happen, and how they’ll be addressed in the future. We had a great update a month ago, but it gets overshadowed by these problems. We just want to know, and we just want to understand.

Another suggestion is open a test server and test patches before applying it to the production servers. These mini temporary maintenance is becoming nuisance.

Seriously? Just this bug?
What about the 1min attribute infinite?
What about the percentage map?
What about the dungeons entrys not resetting?
What about the DC on Dungeons queue?
What about at least a mensage, a phrase, a word that you’re aware of all this and working to fix these sheets?

From the April 10th Patch notes:
Exploration Map Showing 0% Completion Fixed

  • Maps will now show their proper exploration rate and will not be reset when achieving 100% completion.
    Attribute Learning Stuck at 1 Minute Fixed
  • Non-Token users will be able to learn attributes without them stopping at 1 minute.

Maybe you should actually READ THE PATCH NOTES? I’d call them “a mensage, a phrase, a word” about the issues. DC on dungeon queue JUST had an emergency maintenance to fix it, and they’ve said they’re working on the dungeon reset issue.

I think the problem is YOU not obtaining the information, not IMC not giving it out.

I’m new player, my character is stuck at 70% loading after the maintenance, and sometimes white screen after loading and bounced back to character select screen.

Try to close the client and let steam update, seems there was some client-side patch.
