Hello ToS Staff , I got a question for you (I haven’t see someone ask it). When the Fedimian hour format will be set on UTC+1 ? Actually we still got the hour format from UTC-5 ( EDT6 ). It’s really annoying because the reset dungeon are on 6:00 AM (EDT6) so poeple in Europe need to wait until 12h00.

Hello, I have a question and favor to ask. Is it possible you can transfer my character from the SEA server to the U.S server? I wasn’t around online at the time due to work and missed out on the server transfer from the end of last month. Is it possible there might be more server transfers in the near future if you can’t give me this request?
I spent about $50 on the game and don’t want to make a new character and have $50 worth of game items on my main character and such go to waste just because the server my main character is on has too much lag to be considered playable. Please get back to me.
I’m on Eu server have about 30ms ping but have crazy unplayable rubber banding.
