Commanderloadfail after dungeon search

Bug Description :
Before maintenance i get it while using school wifi which the school may have block something. I switch to my phone 3G and it work fine.

After maintenance my phone 3G get commanderloadfail forever.
Different wifi different place same error.
0/3 dungeon count.

Seriously what is “commander load fail” who come up with that?

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. queue dungeon
  2. queue gone
  3. disconnected with error instead of teleport into dungeon
  4. Reconnect and rejoin the dungeon
  5. Repeat step 3
  6. Rage quit
  7. GG

  • Graphics Card : GT940m
  • Mainboard : something Acer
  • Storage : 1TB
  • OS : Win10
  • Internet Connection : 3G, school terrible internet, 2 home internet, 4 public wifi. (i go everywhere till i give up because i want to dungeon)
  • Country, Region : Thai

Needs a hotfix asap. Dungeons are too important to skip

It didn’t for me. Write /indun to see how many runs you have left (entry limit).

0/3 it didn’t let me in dungeon.

Dungeon reset at the time when maintenance end.

Same here PLZ fix, had this bug sometimes before somewhere else (channel change helped) but not for dungeon <.<

Yeah this really stinks, was waiting for server to come up to do these runs and can’t even do any.
