Cant farm orange 315 mats cause the server is so laggy, screwed up dg, saalus and et runs. We deserve compensation for the time we lost like you compensate those exploiters with 10+1 cube for the time they lost. No excuses. We have guild runs, schedule ruined with friends in game too.

You guys should stop asking for compensation and start asking for real solutions; compensations are IMCs way to sweep problems under the mat.

Donât worry, IMC is trying itâs hardest to drive away the new and returning players.
If you can, you should really call for a meeting with senior management (in private, to save face and act normal in case of any corp investor spies) about outsourcing the development of your network code and system scalability. Maybe it is a language barrier, or a cultural one, because we here all know that the answers you have to give have to comply with management boundaries, and also dev bug patchers can´t communicate freely.
Maybe you only need DevOps and move all the servers to AWS for iToS, maybe you don´t have to keep servers and storage on site, maybe your ISP is bandwidth capping you for overseas traffic, maybe the outsourced server companies are capped too (or cheating numbers to get the contract), maybe it is a cpu clock issue between server syncs, etc, there are lots of maybes that can be solved by hiring external consultants on the matter, that routinely deal with these problems, better in heavy traffic problems like those mmo have. Maybe this whole game grew too much for IMC, and cant handle it all by themselves. The world itself has grown in complexity that we live in a time that all the problems that can be solved by one person are already automated, but very complex problems must be solved by all the teams you can get, because trying to solve them using old means can cripple the business.

That is correct, and AWS supposedly has good DDOS protection, so I think they â â â â â â up in their code somewhere. Again. Or they reduced server capacity to save $$.

They mentioned at a blog entry about ârearranging servers to fix lagâ, but they are so secretive, so I won´t dismiss they have server racks frying eggs somewhere (maybe a RAM issue, who knows)⌠Why bother patching things when they can rollback. The db is potato? rollback. Someone 0day´d something? patch it and check dependencies. If they are on AWS why they won´t just restart a clone and etc. Why⌠whyâŚ
Network code is hard⌠maybe they a re just re-using grabbed code, without checking it. Maybe it is code for a very different systemâŚ

Guys, youâre talking about a rollback, but you really know what a rollback is?
Rollback a server is an extreme action that a company have to do.
Rollback server means lost day(s) of playing. Will do you lost all silvers/items/gems and so for a rollback?
You donât even know when they do backup. Could be a monthly/weekly or daily, we donât know for sure.
But even a daily backup means lost hours of farming and stuffs.
If you farmed hardly an item and then will be a rollback, will you be happy? Me no.
If we can farm again what we have lost without problems and in few hours with rollback, we can still talk.
But atm no.
Exactly, a roll back is not a realistic option.
A complete wipe IMC please.
It must be frustrating to have nothing on your account and need everyone else to be wiped in order to level the playing field
