[Collective complaint June 7, 2017 Maintenance]

For I know there have been talk that TOS is getting Ddos atm; the server which I reside in (Telsiai) is burning with complaints from both the casual and famed players. I would assume the same is happening at Varena at the moment.

The situation is this, there was a maintenance that IMC provided for an hour, we we’re cool with that as long as the bug and lag spikes would be fixed, props to the troubleshoot team the bugs were solved but the unbearable lag spikes still haunts the server. There have been people shouting at their waste of instance dungeon, multiplier, vouchers runs. It’s been like this for the past hour after the 7:00-8:00 maintenance.

Multiple crashes on channels, you wouldn’t be surprised if only a few people were on the channel but the crash still persisted, you would utterly be disgusted on how it’s unplayable and it takes a certain luck to finish a dungeon completely without you and the whole party getting disconnected.

“But this isn’t the right section to post about this” Yes this isn’t the right section however we need a collective effort for this to be seen by the devs and IMC. For christ sake don’t tell me it’s gonna be like this for the whole night/day.

Let’s take an action and compile our complains about the horrendous lag and probably some bugs that hasn’t been fixed

In line with this, we demand a satisfactory compensation for the instance dungeons that we missed due to crashes, more especially to the people who used cookies/tomes/multiply tokens.

Not sure about the DDOS. Who would DDOS a dead game? And yea i suggest everyone to just wait until IMC actually fixes this unbearable lag and channel crashes before doing dungeons with tome and mutiply tokens. I hope we get more compensation though cause it’s really ruining a lot of peoples time. Bunch of people out there has limited playtime and they wont be able to do much because of this problem.

Yep. All these issues are happening in Varena too. I feel like the server cant handle all these new and returning players. There was no issue at all before the rebalance patch. Now the question is will IMC fix these issues or will the new players quit first?

I doubt that’s the issue, if it was we’d likely have had this problem a week ago.
I’m under the impression that it has more to do with all the “patches” and maintenance we’ve had recently, of course I could be very wrong and you could be right. Who really knows?

It’s been ongoing for a week now, it has been overshadowed due to klaipedia/silute Dpk problem. It was fine since it wasn’t reoccurring that often (you would see some people arguing and shouting about this issue) however after the maintenance today it’s become a shout fest. WITH ALL THIS WE DEMAND A PROPER COMPENSATION NOT ONE MULTIPLY TOKEN AND ONE USE VOUCHER

Can’t believe i actually streamed how laggy the game is now (for 1hr+). Lag is horrendous, coupled with poor luck with 50+4 cubes of wedding gacha (3 gold total but 2 abrasives and 1 silver anvil)… feels so tired. :sob:

I play on the Telsiai server and i dc twice in the same dungeon and wasted my exp tome. The lag is just bad. Adding on the dc makes it worse. With so much people shouting and complaining. I hope you guys are going to compensated for this. And it better no be just one multi token and 1 instance dg reset. You have more then that to compensate.

@STAFF_Letitia if you would please kindly tell the devs about the problem. We only ask for proper compensation and a maintenance that would fix the ongoing problem.

Screw compensation, just fix the damn game.

Players really got spoiled by nice and generous IMC attitude.

still lagging? i stopped playing after awhile cause of the lag spikes

my char would just do some pose in every skill
