Hidden Quest and Useful Information (Might have spoil)

As we know there's a quest that isn't noticeable in game. Something like boss fight after talk to some stone or side quest that's not show quest icon on NPC. But there's something more hidden than those I mention above which require something to trigger quest. Honestly I didn't know about it either till my friend mention about it last month.
