For those unaware of the situation, after upgrading the Play button became Buy and not initializing the game, just take me to the store. I tried to reinstall and after that there was no option to download and I have over 300 hours played, I am not a new restricted player. I did two tickets that were answered and them said they would call a developer to help me and spend more than 20 hours that the developer has not helped me. This will be my last ticket, I hope it will serve for something, if I can not play before the new restricted players, maybe I do not play no more or maybe use BOT like everyone else.
Just from this one line, you no longer deserve to be let back in.

I never used any program, you got it wrong . I am saying that all use and never used . After the update I can no longer play for no apparent reason .

actually, after answering another thread written by a person with actually competent english, i understand the problem here.
@marcosgrotesc the problem is that the game is not currently available for download to “new” players.
it says “buy” to prevent people from being about to download the game… because there is nothing to buy that allows the download of the game.
i assume that you deleted the game… and now it will not allow you to reinstall it.
you should try submitting another ticket to support, with the bolded part of the line above, and see if this helps them understand the issue you are having.

You never really stated what problem in ur first post clearly that you deleted your game folder…
This one you need someone to sent you whole file again as your login still can as old player…
New player are not allow in telsiai if I not wrong or all servers?
