Our main skills are healing but yet we are very limited on that with the massive cooldowns we have on those skills.
Heal is our primary tool to keep our party members alive with a 25 sec cooldown we can’t even keep them alive due to the fact that we don’t get much healing skills till rank 4(priest 2) and 7 plague doctor and that is healing factor.
My suggestion would be adding a to the skill "Heal:Remove Damage with a cooldown reduce as well.
For example:
Heal: RD Lvl 1 would take 2 secs off
Heal: RD Lvl 2 would take 2 secs off
Heal: RD Lvl 3 would take 2 secs off
Heal: RD Lvl 4 would take 2 secs off
Heal: RD Lvl 5 would take 2 secs off
Heal: RD Lvl 6 would take 2 secs off
Heal: RD Lvl 7 would take 2 secs off
Heal: RD Lvl 8 would take 2 secs off
Heal: RD Lvl 9 would take 2 secs off
Heal: RD Lvl 10 would take 2 secs off
Total of 20 secs off which will end up with 5 secs for each two cast of heals. But I think that at 10 secs cooldown would be great but 5secs is better.
Now for mass heal. That could use a cd reduction to by 5 secs as it heals everyone in the party.
