The Gambling class from Wakfu was pretty fun. They are so random, nuking like a boss, to gimping yourself like a noob.
I donāt know but Iām suddenly thinking a grenadier/bombardier class. Something that has to do with Siege / Bombing. Must check the class list again if thereās already a ābomberā class.
Iād love to see a samurai, but with more badass names like Shogun or Ronin. Shogun/Ronin can equip 1 handed katana (1 hand sword) or 2 handed katana (2 hand sword) with specialized skills for each weapon type. Skills like Iai slash (A strong, switf, 1 hit attack with high critical chance for 2 handed katana), Spirit Strike (unleash a fatal strike with debuff/status penalties, for both katana user), Revenge Blade (strike foes with damage = total HP lost, for both katana user), Petal Strike (deadly continous slashes for 1 handed katana) etc.
Besides Shogun/Ronin, I also want to see Dullahan (Yes, I know this is a monsterās name but who cares lol), as a heavy armor user with cursed sword attacks. Skills : Dark Howl (a party buff, decrease each party memberās HP to increase their physical and magical attack), Dullahanās Curse (AoE debuff for enemies/status penalty, decrease their defense and magic defense per second), Sanguine Sword (A dark strike to absorb enemy HP), Wrath of Dullahan (Decrease half of Dullahanās max HP bar and double all of his status for a period of time), etc.
Iām thinking of warrior mage with balanced defence/offence and ability to switch combat roles (tanker/dps). Of cource he must not be as effective as pure tank/dps classes, but ability to switch roles and use both magic + brute force sounds fun!
I want to see a pacifist class.
I agree with others in the need for a Spellsword class, since the four class trees could use some cross-overs/hybrids. A bard/poet class would be neat too.
I was thinking the same thing but then I thought what if hidden classes are that, classes that are mixed using other trees. Or maybe even classes from other trees you can use. Be kinda neat but not too sure of the implications. But I definetly agree, spell sword class is a great class and would love to see it.
spell sword would be like my thinking of Rune Slayer in my list number 8
I like that idea. Some hybrid ideas could beā¦
Cleric/Fighter - Chirurgeon. Uses swords and bonesaws. Can do some healing with first aid abilities or transfuse blood between allies / enemies to damage or heal. Can analyze anatomy to grant high critical chance, and has some crippling debuff abilities.
Archer/Cleric - Poacher. Uses a blowdart. Can put enemies to sleep or paralyze them with tranquilizer darts. Can set down bear-traps and can mark specific enemies for death, increasing damage on them.
Itās fun coming up with hybrid classes.
hmm i want to see a
-āmechanicā(the old archaic mech that use runes to power its machines or a steam mech @_@")
-a cannoneer (user artillery for offensive, needs party to successfully launch its killer attacks)
-dwarven sniper ( or any gunslinger class that use old rifles)
is their any class that use huge hammer? then i like to nominate blacksmiths! uses its hammer to clobber enemies (long cool down of skills;high output damage)
-a class that uses a huge boomerang with a secondary weapon for close rangeā¦ maybe a knife/dagger?
-jaggernaut(?)/golem! class that relies on strength! uses its heavy armor and fist hit enemies and good for tanking due to high HP pool
@_@" well these are just fictional sudjestions XD
@Skendya You spoke just my mind with the Chirurgeon, I think blood users and twisted surgical guys are things we donāt see enough in videogames, always some vampire thing but Bloodmancers are just better ! I imagine them with a blood backpack their charge by stealing blood from enemies, then using it to empower their different abilities or sharing it with their mates
@rhidz Steam mech yay /o/
A sort of soul eater class could be fun too, with for instance 4 spells in which they eat the souls (or directly the monster, would more like be a Butcher class then) of the monsters and gain a weak- normal - powerful - ultra attack depending on the eaten monster and skill used and like the necromancer have a book in which they can pick and store every abilities !
Anyway I think that with all the classes they give us, itās possible to do almost anything in this game, and that my friend, is AWESOME.
I would like to see:
Assassin of some kind (Come on, we all want to)
Samurai (2 handed long blade, all aggressive style, a bit like barbarian (Also Ninja without samurai?!!))
Martial Artist (Fist specialist)
Berserker (Some kind of most damage in a single hit kind of class)
& Jester (A clown class, maybe could use Tarot or Playing cards, could use various kinds of tricks to buff/debuff)
Honestly, most of these classes could probably fit into 1 of the 80 they have already made. I mean I donāt think I could ask for much moreā¦ There so many I havenāt even finished properly researching them yetā¦ So bit of a stretch to ask for more right out the gate xDD
Wow, Dullahan would be such a cool class in a game. (+ Celty from Durarara!)
Iāve always been a fan of classes like dark knights, warlocks, necromancers, vampiresā¦
But I need something different, so Dullahan it is. Cool heavy armor, cool skill effects, unique debuffs, absorb life force, and a huge sacrifice to get stronger in other way (Wrath of Dullahan). So basically, Dullahan is an ultimate fusion of all those classes that I mentioned above. Itād be best to be put as hidden class.
Also, they must become headless. That would be awesome. (We already have Murmillos, that cover their heads with a freaking roman(?) helmet).
Errr considering that the devās didnāt even add assassinās (a guild of assassins was a bit silly to them) to add realism to the gameā¦ I donāt think we will be getting a Dullahan any-time soon xD
Probably not. Weāre just dreaming high xD
Headless, with some aura or black flame on its head. We can also put some Jack the Ripper head instead. Or we can change the head into a blazing skull (like ghost rider). lol for this crazy idea
Well I would be okay with Dullahan too but a Death Knight class could have more chance I guess. Thinking of that I think there arenāt too much ādarkā classes. Especially not on Archer and Swordsman tree.
I would like to see a witch class with curses maybe.
i dont know, but i feel like thats better as monster xD
(putting my head above the parapet)
I would like to see something like a fallen angel as class (bit inspiration from wow with deathknight, as I read you can play there as a deathknight, while historically only one existed , I think ) so if there are godess, could be there maybe an angel or a fallen one, so thats the idea behind it.
edit:
seems like we got the same inspiration after seeing the pic xD
