afaik, the Korean description of the skill on the original website said something about the minimum damage limit not applying to boss monsters, not dealing only 50% of 50% on boss monsters. This makes the skill utter trash[as it’s only a boss killer skill and nothing more currently] and Oracle 3 a total waste of time&life energy…

Death Sentence in PvP is crap because it’s a rank 1 debuff, so it will be resisted/blocked/removed a lot. Not worth it unless you can somehow disable the char you used it on afterwards.
Twist of Fate works in PvP, but currently not so useful (40-48% HP reduction max only works great vs these tanky builds that have very high def/mdef).
Counterspell maxing isn’t worth it, because it doesn’t increase the time the skill lasts, only the number of times you can enter the circle. Something around lvl 5-8 seems optimal, unless you’re considering a fixed party-build that has a run-around Swordsman/Archer in it.
Prophecy looks like a good way to dump your skillpoints, as Arcane Energy only is good in 2 scenarios currently:
1: you have an Enchanter with Agility buff in your party
2: you’re running a high SP cost build (e.g. with Bokor/Krivis/Druid) with Kabbalist in it (or plan to go Kabbalist C1 at least) to have a cheap way to increase your maximum SP. That way the HP->SP recovery via Ein Sof can easily recover your SP used up and reduce your issues with it later on. Makes independent from SP pots.
If you’re not likely to meet one of these two criteria, I believe any points beyond 1 in Arcane Energy are wasted unless they change something in the SP recovery mechanic, the skill itself or bring a new Class that profits from having many SP, maybe something similar to Ragnarok Onlines “Guillotine Fist”, and are better spent on the other skills like Prophecy.
I’m currently considering to turn my Oracle C3 into Kabbalist C3 later on to become a monster nuker with the help of Double Chance+Twist of Fate, which can multiply the damage dealt with Twist of Fate to up to 9,9 times the base damage, depending on the number calculated from Notarikon & Gematria. Not recommended for main characters, though, as the road from Oracle C3 to Kabbalist C3 over the next 3 ranks will be a horrible one (basically just leveling with Siaulai runs over time xD).
In 5v5 Death Sentence is almost impossible to use, because there’s a very high chance there’ll be at least 1 Oracle on the other team, so you can only use it on someone’s who’s already sleep/frozen/etc, and the battle is often already over when it reaches that point.
In 2v2 it’s much more practical. And even if they have a mean to remove it, the slow and the panic induced by the countdown can be enough to get you a win.
Twist of Fate is a nice finisher, people go careless around Oracle 3 because no damage. Until they take a bit too much damage, and then suddenly they’re dead.
I’m struggling to find a good Oracle3 build… Can someone help me?
I was thinking about Cleric3 Pala2, or Cleric3 Sadhu2 (but I think sadhu won’t add much to the count), maybe Cleric2 Priest3… But this doesn’t seems fun…
So what would you guys recommend?
Cleric 3 Pala 2 seems the best way to build your char.
The reason is that Sadhu 2 is currently not that good, because other than getting Possession and Astral Body Explosion, it doesn’t add much to your arsenal. OOB is a way to get yourself killed at later ranks, and it’s very hard to deal acceptable damage with it currently unless you’re planning to max Clerics Fade if you go C3 (you’d have to drop your Cure or Heal or something else for it,though, by a few points and skip Guardian Saint [which is currently very useless anyway]).
Paladin gives you Conversion, which can help you to recruit monsters to your side and help you (pretty useful at later Ranks, especially if you can convert a strong monster summoned with Change) and Smite,
a cheap way to damage enemies, especially Mutant&Devil types.
Restoration will also help with SP recovery, so it’s a nice addition onto Cleric C3.
Priest is okish if you plan to max at least Blessing; Mass Heal, Stone Skin and Revive can help you quite a bit if your equip is not so good. I don’t believe it’s really worth the investment,though, as none of your Oracle skills would really profit from going Priest…

Nothing changed 
Death Sentence got nerfed (now a 200 second CD without any attribute; prior, Circle 3 Oracle had 150 seconds CD on Death Sentence with the attribute).
Other than that, there doesn’t seem to be any change [though that’s bad, because Oracle is already pretty bad when going Circle 2 and 3];
Let’s hope for some balancing talks to come for it next year because until then, it will be pretty useless to go further than C1 as it requires Kabbalist C2+ to shine…

Nothing really changed, except Death Sentence’s cooldown.
Arcane Enegy’s attribute and Prophecy’s attribute remain total garbage.

I changed galoks into shinny mobs few times.(I casted forecast ont it before I changed it.)
Most of the time I got 2 galok leathers and silvers.
Sometimes,I changed it into shinny kepa and I got nothing.
Sometimes,I changed it into Vubbe fighter and I got a vubbe token.
I changed wooluwa into shinny mobs few times too.
Sometimes,I got a superioty greave recipe and silvers.Sometimes,I just got silvers.
I havent got the battle bracelet and the rapid bangle recipe from shinny mobs so far.
Maybe it just (60~80)*drop rate of items.
This topic is more than a year old, so info might be outdated…
Change skill has been deemed buggy since day 1. Sometimes mobs drops their own loot, sometimes they drop loot according to what mob they were changed into.
I just wonder if we can get low drop rate items like battle bracelet and rapid bangle rc from glowing mobs.
It’s easier to make another class to farm these kind of stuff.
Example: Kabba 2 with clone, to duplicate rare mobs, or Thauma to swell body them.
Note: I can’t remember now if Clone skill works on elite mobs (you might want to verify this with someone).
Clone doesn’t work on several monsters (e.g. the monsters inside Crystal Mine mission), so I doubt it works on elite monsters(no idea if mirtislampa & co really are elite,though)
Best is Thauma, I farmed 2 Sissels within a day (~7 hours farming all materials [except the Sissel Recipes] thanks to doubled drop)…
A few questions for the few c3 out there
Would a party of 3 c3 be able to 3hk any boss using ToF?
What use does change has for levels 2+
How is ToF healing works? Can we cancel it in any way, such as buffs removal or hexing?
