[Class] Druid Class Thread

Druid has always been my favorite class in every game I played, but since the release of rank 9 I couldn’t find a build that I really think is viable…
I was looking at this 3 at the moment:
1 - The old school Sadhu+Druid: http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/build/apc79an6wj/
2 - Paladin + Druid (maybe focusing on STR/DEX): http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/build/mg8a88qo8o/
3 - Krivis + Druid + Zealot (Full INT or SPR): http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/build/dn4vixwvdh/
There is a video on youtube about this last build: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wuuXF7TPakU&t=7s.
However, I’m not sure of any of those builds, so what you guys think about it?

Personally, I really came to love the Feral Priest (Priest3 -> Druid3). I switched to Sadhu/Druid at the end of the last reset event and I’ve been waiting to change back ever since.

That’s not to say there’s anything wrong with Sadhu/Druid, it’s just not my thing. I enjoy the ease of use Feral Priest brings, along with its tankiness and hybrid utility. YMMV.

Could you share your build? Maybe this build is what I’m looking for, but I have no idea of what skills to pick for Priest and the stats haha

I’m currently using what’s been dubbed the “Scratching Post” build (Priest3 -> Druid3 -> Inqui). I left R9 blank in case you wanted to choose something different.

My current stats are 80 STR, 100 CON, and the rest in SPR. You could add some INT for more raw damage but I prefer to have the accuracy STR gives me.

The sustain of a Priest
The tankiness of a Druid

And M A L L E U S to increase Damage Dealt.

There was no regret on this build, however, it’s hard to PvP without Sterea.

Priest3 -> Druid3 -> Inqui?

I’ve been thinking about trying something a little unorthodox with my Druid. Cleric2 -> Bokor3 -> Druid3 -> PD. I envision it looking something like this:

https://tos.neet.tv/skill-planner#411444555e.1a253a55.1f2f416175951o11p11q1.112f31415a678595.152535

I have several concerns with the build, though. First of all, I don’t like zombies so I’d prefer to not use them if I can do so without gimping myself. Second, I’m not sure if there are enough debuffs going on there to make Incineration worthwhile. Lastly, PD1 is high on skills but low on points. Would it even be worth it to go that route without higher circles?

I reseted my SadhuDruid to KrivisDruidTao and lol’d about the boosted zaibais damage, using aukuras/divine stigma/storm calling/hedge+lycan/iltiswort card, i did over 30k hit per zaibas to mercenary bosses, i dont think that the build is bad (in fact, i liked a lot) but needs funds to work well.

Yes~

Mind elaborating on that a little?

I’d say you’ll still want a higher level zombify for the duration alone, lvl 9 is imo the sweet spot for being able to keep 2 circles up.

And grab pandemic, you’ll want it to spread hexing around.
Rest looks good.

Wooshin means he uses Exorcise to hit people with a dmg dot and Malleus Malleficarum to boost that dmg.

Oh yeah, I got that much. I was just wondering if there was more to the story that I wasn’t aware of.

My main concern is which build will come out on top in TBL after Sterea gets fixed. PvE just doesn’t hold my interest well enough so if Scratching Post is going to do better in PvP, I’ll stick with it.

I sure wish they would fix the skill soon. I feel a bit useless regarding team-coop without it. I feel bad when I see my teammates dying while my MH/Heal/Safety Zone are on CD. And I really want to use Malleus + Carnivory with Sterea, then Telepathy to make the enemy walk on the magic circle so I can do damage while being safe in my loving grass. It just doesn’t feel the same lol, especially when I am against an SR :frowning:

But so far, P3-DR3 with Inqui really works well for me. It helps me do more than just being a tanky-support. Also, I can actually do something when an Oracle casts Counter Spell. LOL.

Well, I tried the Bokor/PD setup…it’s a no from me, dawg. I’ll be switching back to Scratching Post as soon as the server resets in the morning.

Any ideas on a good INT:SPR ratio? I’m currently sitting at 275 SPR with gear and about 140 INT. I could move 50 or so points into INT but I’m not sure if it’s worth the loss to Blessing and my heal bombs.

Oh… Since I went to pure PVP route ( It still does well to PvE though ), I scratched my INT:SPR and went full CON with Animus for MAMP. Never really invested on SPR as I only relied on Skull Smasher’s SPR bonus. Not recommended, but it’s working for me, so RIP.

And about the blessing, instead of using my own, I buy from High SPR Pardoners. The only time I use my own Blessing if I am in TBL.

You must not play Bokor without Zombies and Damballa and then Zealot2 or PD2 fit the build more than Druid3.

Hey, about your Chortasmata. Do you really need that much point on it? Since there’s a duration attribute, your max duration for Chortasmata will be at 22s max.

For this build (Priest 3 > Druid 3) you are using a Cloth. Leather or Plate set?

No but there’s not much else to put them into. I guess I could move them over to Telepathy but I don’t really see the point.

Plate all the way.

I tested your build today and compared to the others I have tested before, I felt like I’m lacking on damage… I think this build works better at PvP, since you have Revive/Ressurection/Stone Skin, but for PvE I’m pretty sure that the build with Sadhu 3 > Druid 3, Krivis 3> Druid 3 or Krivis 3 > Druid 2 > Zealot 2 is much better.
