Class advancement doesn't show

Hi, I made it to class level 15 and the advancement options doesn’t show. All I see are place holders for what should be there :frowning: Does anyone else have this issue? Also I’m an Archer trying to advance classes.

I just advanced to Cryo 1 without any problem

Same problem mate i’m trying the ‘verify integrity of game cache’ and apparently there’s something wrong with the game files it’s fixing now. I hope this solve the problem.

Same, for me it just looks like this:

Pressing “Select Class” does nothing, and I’ve tried verifying game cache on Steam, but still the same.

Same thing happening here. Already tried verifying integrity of game cache through Steam but it didn’t work. ;_;

Did any of you happen to also enable the Japanese voices? Wondering if that could cause this. I also have some menus without any text. I did revert the voice change, but can’t see if it helps yet due to the queue.

No japanese voices here and still got the problem.
Since it’ll probably take long 'till someone comes up with a solution I’ll just reinstall the game.

Asked a friend to log into my character and it was also bugged in his computer, even though he could advance class in his own character. Guess it’s something related to the characters itselves, not the game files. FeelsBadMan.

@STAFF_John we need some help here, i mean since the game released got delayed 4 more hours this shouldnt be happening, hope we can get an answer to this, thx!

Same here… And it’s NOT computer’s problem, I had this problem with different computers. :confused:

I gave up and manually deleted all game files, re-installed and made a new char on the new server. Works fine now, not sure which one was the fix and I can’t really check my old char because of the queue. Shame I lost the TP I claimed already, but at least I can play…

Happened to me too. Did anyone try lvling another character on the same server, does the problem appear again?

Did you use the backup from the closed beta to install TOS? OR did you do a clean install?
