I am having the same problem , I lost playing time!!!
I had to create a new character to solve the problem.
i used the closed beta to install and my friend too, but i dont have the problem and he does so i dont think thats the problem

So I try to become a peltasta. Unfortunately for me, Guild Master Maria Leed gave a big NOPE whenever I try to talk to her. Also, the class advancement button is not working.
Good deal, first we have to pay to get access, then the release got delayed. Next the server are full and lagged as hell and now this.

Double checked now if the issue could be about corrupt client, it’s not. Everything works on my new char but old one is still bugged. So for now re-rolling seems to be the only option.
Well it would be great if they fix that bug. Because maybe you can “solve” it making another character, but what would happend if they dont do anything and for example you have that bug on a Rank 5 advancement. The chaos will be insane.

Before anyone complains about a bug , check your quest list and it might be hidden there (press f5 to bring the quest list up)
Fixes to this bugs
[This is based of 2 players experience including me and my cousin]
First Solution : (might be annoying but try) (100%)
We experienced this on 6 accounts out of 10 , the way to solve this is by creating a new player and try reaching the class advancement level (worked with 7/10 players
Second Solution : (when we first encountered it) (60%)
Change channels over and over until it gets fixed . worked 2/2
Third Solution : (This worked on gtx and never on asus for some reason) (70%)
Go on steam and follow this instructions :
Right click tree of savior > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of game cache…
worked on 4 desktops that had GTX 680- 970 out of 5
But didn’t work for Asus (8 desktops)
My cousin is working on a file atm but its a 30% chance to fix the problem due to it being server related most of the time (what i mean by this is that sometimes server lag can affect quest or something like that , hope you enjoy and sorry if you can’t resolve this issue)
