Anything past 100 or so is fine with me. Attributes are a silver sink. They’re timegated as well, it makes sense not being able to keep up all the time considering some areas are better for amassing silver than they are accumulating EXP. The curve also adjusts itself in between job advancements, in fact it’s easier to level from 35~45 than it is from 25~35. I feel it should be adjusted at those levels to help ease the player in to their first two job advancements so that they’re able to make progress in what is arguably still the earliest part of the game.
Party quests/grouping are literally the fastest ways to level. There not being enough maps in earlier levels to begin with was part of the problem. Devs have said they’re going to shoot for 2-3 maps per area. In regards to maps being congested at higher levels that’d be as natural as earlier maps being congested. Once the majority of the community moves on those maps are going to be dead regardless unless there’s incentive to return there or ToS can have a thriving community with constant newbies. And as I said before so long as theres something on those maps worth seeing/interacting with they’ll still be explored. People will be making guides to cut the fluff anyway.
.
That’s great.
Thats nice for you but I want to play ToS also stop assuming I want to hit cap quickly.
Niche communities arent typically aimed at, they develop out of a lack of popularity. That still doesn’t mean that the game shouldn’t have some sort of mass appeal lest it becomes a financial failure.
I’m aware of that, however the point was that bots could potentially see increased use. These arent things a lot of people just ignore and would be harder to in a game like ToS.
