I didn’t have time to properly test Chronomancer in the last beta, but I already know that you must take at least Chronomancer2 in order to have Quicken 10 and Haste 5. Do you know if Chronomancer3 is good enough to take it or is it waste? I will appreciate your advices, thanks.
Pick Chrono C3. You cant simply pass on… Pass, and Quicken 15/Haste 10 is much better and noticeable. People will love you in Dungeons.

Pass hugely reduce cd of skills leading into hugely dps increase for party especially class with long cd skills such as Krivis, Diev, Druid, Cryo, Ele, Warlock.
Im very interested in “Pass” skill, can you please tell me how the skill works?
Does “Pass” reduce ALL the skill cooldown as long as the " Pass" buff active?
Or it just reduce first skill used after we use “Pass”?

Pass is not a buff, it’s an instant skill that reduces the current cooldown of all skills (except everyone’s Pass) that are currently on cooldown. Something like moving the all timers 25 seconds forward.
