Chat Ban for chat spammer

Recently started this game. However I’m quite disappointed with bots, game traders, the lag issues, and the long hours of queue to be in game.

Please implement a chat ban or mute to traders that are spamming sales and advertisement in the chat. It will improve the lagging issues and promote a decent environment to let new players join.

Implement a new in game function to verify real players from bots time to time like the “CAPTCHA” and boot them out to reduce traffic.

Lastly, boot players who are AFK in game for more than a certain hours. This further reduces bots and improve traffic.

Muting spam chat works, so I vote yes.
Captcha system has been already beaten by bots, so I vote no.
Removing afkers that are not merchants, I vote yes.

I think Tree of Savior should implement LKchat addon because that addon is able to identify, black and report at the same time spam bot chat. https://github.com/Lemon-King/ToS-LKChat

Please consider it IMC.
