Same problem here (Server SA), cant play this game in almost a week, I’m considering do not play this game anymore(even if lost my money spent on it), we have not much to do with a non-existent costumer service.
Isso não é verdade. Eu estou no Brasil e é impossível de jogar sem vpn. Mas em uma coisa concordamos. Temos de usar vpn pra jogar.

The best thing we all can do is a negative review on steam, to scare the free players, IMC can’t support the few people that paid ( few compared to how many people can play when f2p launch) imagine when f2p launch and the whole game blow up.
Pretty poorly optimized game, login problems, that make the game literally unplayable. Poor optimization, sometimes you got 90 fps, and others 8? must be a joke. I paid for the early accsses and even though I enjoyed the time of playing, the constant problems makes me want to drop the game. IMC fix your game and then release the F2P version. Releasing bad products is bad image. I know you can do better than this.

P.S: I have my main character stuck in Royal Mausoleum workers lodge map and managed to move my character using WTFast. but… it is not the way to play a decent game. so… I’m not touching ToS untill it is more polished.

Hoje fazem 5 dias que não consigo entrar no mundo, o personagem fica preso no alojamento. Já mandei vários tickets, nenhum respondido.

Alguém já deu uma olhada nesse post https://treeofsavior.com/FAQ/?n=402 que foi liberado hoje? A IMC respondeu meu ticket hoje com esse post, pedindo para que eu enviasse prints com evidências de telnet de 3 servidores informados no post. No meu caso eu consegui fazer telnet em 2 deles e o 52.67.20.143 2002 deu erro, não conecta. Eu enviei o ticket pra eles já com as evidências, agora vamos ver o que resolvem.
Sugiro que se adiantem e façam o mesmo, enviem tickets com a informação solicitada no tópico https://treeofsavior.com/FAQ/?n=402

Bump This Up. el juego lo hicieron F2P pero aun no arreglan el problema de [SA] Silute. la verdad que es una pena que un juego tan bueno este perdiendo popularidad.
