Bug Description : Other party member stuck after accept quest.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Any person in party accept quest.
  2. After party member warp to quest area they will stuck cannot do anythings.
  3. Only person who accept quest can move.

Bug Description : I’m stuck (can’t move, use skills and my attacks doesn’t do damage to nearby monsters) after entering a friend’s quest cinematic (the ones that summons a boss and teleports any party members)

Steps to reproduce the issue (same as OP):

  1. Any person in party accept quest.
  2. After party member warp to quest area they will stuck cannot do anythings.
  3. Only person who accept quest can move, attack and use skills.

Me too have the same bug since today patch, which is really annoying.

ye im playing with 3 friends and it happens at every event quests. We have to alt+f4 out of the game to fix it.

You can switch channel to “repair” your stucked character.

Seems like a general bug…

I was doing quests with a friend before maintenance and this didn’t happen.
Today as we continued doing our quest we came across this issue.

As soon as one of us activate a quest scene (when that movie thingie icon appears on top of screen) and the other(s) is moved to that “quest instance” we (the one(s) moved) can’t move again until relog or channel change.

Please fix asap. It’s very frustrating.

It keep happen to me and my friends …
when one of us start a quest all the others become stuck

Same issue here.

It does work fine however, if you are far away from your party member who is progressing the quest. If you get warped to them while not moving from maybe 2 screens away, everything works normally.

My video of this bug - i really dont think we can do much more to help you out to fix it.

Other party member triggered boss fight and i was freeze - could jump and autoattack (doesnt do dmg thou) - can’t move, fight or use skills. Even after fight i was frozen - only relog fixed this but this happens every cutscene/bossfight/quest trigger. I really hope the issue will be fixed soon as i cant believe it takes so much time…

Hello , juste nows : 30/06/2016 under 22h25 to 22h36 , we play on time ( 3 players with another levels for each ) the issue is exactly the same and :
For the two players impacted we already do the quest .
When i waiting my coops gamers , kill the boss and end the cinematics the issue persite. i can’t move, i can lunch all skill , i see all action for skill but not trace of them ( i m healer and i don’t see heal ) the magique power don’t used too . i always in full. but i take damage and my life is not in safe situation ^^

I’m using some mods and i thinked it’s this fault but after uninstall all mode and performs a clean checkup by steam ( every time 35 files are missed and repet the action juste after it , for found 2 missed file ) but the game make the same issue (and regular take ~5 minutes to lunch the game . )

I read on another post on the web one of solution is reroll … :slight_smile:
Smeel like corrupted file or locked if it’ s true.

Actualy i try uninstall all data of content and setup the game after that.
I will be back :slight_smile:

Edit i forget this Important update :

I try on another computer when the game is Safe running and i have the exactly same issue ( and no mode on it )

Bug is still not fixed… wow.

We waste our token since we can’t play. Nearly every second/third quest starts a mini cutscene which ends in a stuck for all other member.

Please fix this asap. It’s really no fun.

I try the uninstall / install Game on 2 diferente computer.

The issu still persist.

It’s Probably from you Database .

Just said , We have the exctly same issue with News perso for me and my friends. (we restart at begening in same times…)

The bug persist since the last update and it is very annoying as me and my friends are unable to party up and quest together. And nightmare got worse when you’re leveling upcoming FullCon Templar … LOL

I have a temporarily solution for this BUG.
You have to stay far from quest accept point then when your teammate start the quest, you’ll not get stuck and can play normally. Good luck.

I just would like to iterate this issue.
[BUG DESCRIPTION]
This bug happens to any party composition.
To trigger this bug, you just need to do a quest with another party member and the quest has to be at least “kill the boss” type or “protect the npc” type then the bug will get triggered.

Take into liberty that this is happening to everyone that are doing party quests. Which means at least a minimum of 2 players in a party, and 1 or 2 players will at least get stuck and won’t be able to move and stays stationary.

[QUICK FIX]
For those who don’t know yet, the quick fix for it is to change channel and change back to the previous channel where your other party member is currently.

Devs, please fix this asap. You’re losing player base by this constant bugs that keeps on popping out every other week which is quite appalling.
