No, because you wouldn’t be able to be identified then. Your Team Name is your unique name that identifies you.

They mentioned it, but like Leslie said, same-sex marriage is still illegal in Korea :frowning:

I thought it will be so, your account name will be your surname and the nick of your character is your first name.

Sadly no, it’d be hard for the system to identify which one is your character and which one is your wife’s / husband’s character. Your family/team name is exclusive for you and will not change (except if there’s a team name changer).

This is going to be awkward because I have a tendency to make each of my characters pretty different. They’re going to look like one crazy family. :neutral_face:

Don’t forget the amount of family names we will see as: XxXUZUmAkixXx xXDragneelXx and XxXKiriToXx

Hahah I know how you feel. But I think this is a unique feature.
Those who have tendency to pick up anime character names don’t have to worry about “Kirito”, “Natsu”, etc being taken by other people.

The family/team feature will help us in the communication part too… it will help us the easy way to just type a family/team name than type a chara name with xxxNameHerexxx kind lol… yes its kind like PSO2 chat system that link chara to the id we made earlier :kissing:

I think I solved my problem with the names. I will just use the name I like as a family name and put knight, mage, healer, or lord as the nickname. Examples, Lord Zack, Knight Zack, Healer Zack, or whatever you like. I’m sure this will not help others though. This just solves my problem with it. lol.

There might not be, since their naming system works this way. But, it is still possible. And I do like tacos! I mean titles! O_O

I shall be the first to claim the family name of “Nuts”, and aptly name my first born as “Deez”.

The team name will be at the back like Granado Espada eh? We can also use stuff like… “Master” as team name, then the characters would be named as Bow Master, Sword Master, and so on…

Hmm I like the sound of that, haha
