Their FAQ says the character limit for names (team and character) is 2-16

However if I make a character with a 2 letter name, it says that I “Cannot create that character” however when I add a letter to it making it 3, there is no problem.
While this is really annoying, the limit doesn’t bother me so much as the FAQ up there clearly saying I should be able to do this.
Some clarification would be nice IMC!
