There is a 20 character limit for all messages.
and also, since it is a closed beta, all the data of the game during the testing will be wiped at the end.
where we can get a beta key for the ICBT??

Most likely there will be a data wipe. This may include in OBT as well but that depends on IMC.
Most games when in OBT don’t have an account wipe until the release. But in CBT, expect a wipe after.
At the end of each cbt there is a full wipe of the database so test whater build/class you want to be satisfied till the next one XD

Until its open beta it think any char on tests will be deleted.
frankly i wish i could just keep the name i used , so its much easier for people who knew each other on beta to get together again.

of course it will be wiped because the game content keep changing now 
Not just because of the content but more for the reason that it wouldn’t be fair for the rest of the players.
I hope for a full wipe before the obt, because the most of people(including me) will take the cbt as a chance to test various (and most of the time crazy) builds like the full dex wiz xD
closed betas are usually for testing and loads of changes happen before obt and release. that’s why there is always a wipe of cbt characters.
Use the same name again. Easy as it sounds.
