My swordman is stuck on Crystal mine 2f this happens when i change map from 1f to 2f and this happen 6 hours ago! come on Fix that i see im not the only one with the same problem! please do something fast i want to play

Yes, it also happens to me. I can’t even stay online for a couple of minutes that i get disconnected. Right now i can’t even access (SA)Silute server. Im from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

just wanted to say that i open a ticket yesterday after they answer my first ticket, wich for some reason they put in “answered” when they actually did not answer nothing, and still have no response.
Same issue here, I cannot connect with my main character, I already open a ticket anyway.
2/3 characters can not log in.
