CBT1 Survey,any missed questions or subjects?

Those who participated in the beta test were recently emailed a 34 question survey to take asking for answers and feedback on certain aspects of the game.

I think it covered most things,although I wish it would have asked how we felt about some more specific known problems;like the EXP rate or quests to promote your rank.Also,the feedback text field should have been bigger! I know the team knows some of the bigger problems we had already,but having numbers to back them up can only help them more.

So my question to all of you is: Is there anything you wish they would have asked about,or you think they missed?

There is definitely some stuff they didn’t include, but you are free to add whatever extra feedback you want near the end. I just got done reading every single persons responses (make sure to click on “see previous responses” so you can read them all!) and there is a lot of added feedback by players.

Oh I saw that just a minute ago,I just figured it’s not quite the same as having it in a chart with numbers like the other questions.I’m sure they’ll read them all and have a more extensive survey next time though,I was just curious is all.

I think they only asked what’s concerning their team the most right now.

The survey lacked an individual feedback field tho.

Whats this “real time translation” thing they were talking about? I would love an app that translated korean txt on my screen as i see it!

I wondered that myself,but it seems like one more test would be necessary to see how well they’ve fixed certain things.Maybe the kCBT data is enough though? I guess we’ll see.

I suppose that makes sense.I didn’t realize until I was done looking at the results that the feedback of everyone would be visible,it makes it a little easier;although not all collected into a number or issue.Like I said,I think they’ll have another survey when the next testing is done and it’ll at the very least have a bigger feedback field.

That survey is completely inadequate. I really hope they actually read the beta section feedback…

i think the survey covers the main thing they will work on before the next CBT/OBT.
I hope the OBT is coming soon as they hinted :heart_eyes:

btw, i really like this question:
why didn’t you try out companion?

  • too expensive
  • too ugly

Well what do we know so far?

They got lots of information from kCBT 3, iCBT 1 and now this survey. IMC most likely will use all of these feedbacks to deliver a much better experience on the already confirmed kCBT 4.

With that said, they might use all that data (including feedbacks from the upcoming kCBT 4) to jump straight to OBT and we might never even see an iCBT 2.

I would like to see an iCBT 2 tho, maybe they could do it like iCBT 1 and kCBT 3 and host both at the same time.

Exactly,I would like to see another test for us too.Not just to play it more,but because if the Korean version needs that much testing and work,I think ours will too to test translated content out,at the very least [if not bugs].

I’m alright! It’s my one off day a week so I’m not complaning! Loved your video by the way!

Did you participate in the beta test?

If so and you don’t see it,also give your Deleted folder a check.Ocassionally I accidentally delete an email from my inbox or spam folder and it winds up there.

Was it under your email address? I came across another user with the same issue because she won the key in a giveaway,so naturally she wouldn’t get the survey sent to her email address.

An iCBT 2 would definitely make the statement that they want to use the global feedback to build the game and not just the korean one, which would be good news to all of us.

Hahahaha a day off, laying on the couch eating snacks is always nice!

If you liked the video, i recently started the Klaipeda Network Project, it’s channel on YouTube where i’ll post over 14hrs of gameplay content. It’s actually my iCBT experience and it started out as a footage recording to show some friends that didn’t get to play the game but so much footage would take ages to upload so i’m fragmenting all of it and uploading like episodes. We need companions that “synchronize” with the classes.

Swordsman: Strong and Robust companions, like little bulls or bufallos, lions, bears etc.

Archer: Quick and Fierce companions, like Hawks, monkeys, foxes etc.

Wizard: Magical companions, like fairies, baby dragons etc.

Cleric: Peaceful but strong companions, like deers, shepherd dogs, goats or alpacas etc.

This is just an idea tho…
