Can't redeem my TP!

I can’t redeem my TP. I bought a pack of 100 TP today (it is my first one), then I entered the game and I can see the TP button on the top right corner and the TP is there but when I click to use it nothing happens.

I bought and tried to redeem it today: 06/03/2016 - 6:00 PM Brazil - SA Silute Server.

Steam ID: BlaackChopper
Team Name: BlaackChopper
Server: SA - Silute
DLC Product Name: 100 TP Pack

SAME- TP TRAPPED IS BACK.

It’s fixed - they said… You can buy tp now - they said…

@BlaackChopper I didn’t purchase the pack because I feared that would happen after seeing an early post about this same issue…

Same here Q_Q just lost 100 TP bundle. It appeared in after pushing TP button, but it didn’t give me TP after I pressed “yes”, and now it’s completely gone T_T

yeah same with me , i can see the Tp button too but cant redeem whem i press Yes nothing happens dont know why…

If the tp has truly vanished, please send in a support ticket at : https://treeofsavior.com/inquiry/ , so that it may be recovered. make sure it has the following information too:

Team Name:
TP Bundle Purchased:
Time Purchased (If you can remember :
Screenshots (If you have any ) :

In the ticket they say to wait, and if dont souve say again " WAIT "-- one day wainting here . Z ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

This is ridiculous. I sent a ticket about this problem and the only answer I got was that they were trying to fix this then they simply closed the ticket without solving my problem…

I’m trying really hard to play and like this game, but even paying IMC disappoints us.
