Worst of all is that the purchase is still open … you purchase to not activate.
They already know about this problem. Let’s just wait to fix.

max understand but it’s been five days and not even a temporary method to activate was done. The tp shopping system is working and the activation does not, it is very frustrating
It would not be possible to extend a little maintenance and do something that is temporary about it?
Place the activation of tp by email in game, as is done in bundles of novice and veteran, allow the support remotely activate until the final solution, are some ideas.
Because it is something non-refundable in the steam, it is annoying to think that with the passage of so much time the team still has any kind of priority and did not create a solution; worth pointing out that the news on the site listed as solved this problem by creating a certain “false advertising” for anyone thinking of buying tp.
I’m coming here just to say that I was able to redeem the TP today after the maintenance, hope you guys were able to do it too.
Not gonna say that was fast (some people had the problem for almost one week), but thanks for solving the problem IMC.
Man had I read all these terrible experiences of not receiving their TP I probably wouldn’t have ordered my bundle just now. I ordered my 100 TP bundle and haven’t received anything. Only my steam receipt in my email.

I bought tp points in steam, confirmed it, and saw a confirmation email that purchase was successful. but when I log in i don’t see the tp points. how long does it usually take?
