Sad but i have to say that IMC is totaly a mess, this game has potential and i love it so much but they ruin it. No communicate with players, no bug fix, no support ticket feedbackâŚblablobla. and so much moreâŚ

And yes, they probably donât have an internal SLA to resolve connectivity issues such as this.
More than 10 hours of downtime without communication is disappointing.
