*Know how to complain only ? Have you been to the subreddit or the other parts of the forums lately ? 20hours on the SA server, still no resolution, not even a response from the company and you say F2P players only know how to complain ? This is the “Complaint” section Its USED for complaining.
*Contribution is to each its own, Everyone has ever downloaded the game even if they didnt play has contributed to this game even by a small amount because the numbers go up because of it.
However your contribution is what’s lacking here. Do us all a favour and keep your derogatory attitude to yourself.

Then your logic is flawed. Lest you forget, Tree of Savior was announced as a “free to play” game so I believe their target audience are the people some of you “paying” players are calling “plebs”. Prioritizing paying players over their target audience is suicide though Im not saying payers who are paying should be set aside, of course not. The thing is, if they just wanted to take care of paying players like you then they should’ve never bothered announcing to open tree of savior as a “free to play” mmorpg.

Just play orsha and we good. 
What they need is a proper community team to communicate with the players ,situated all over the world to avoid timezone and availability issues.
I am currently working with a certain “Tank MMO (100M registered players)” and providing support channels for players who has issues/reports about the game/players as a 3rd party so they can avoid the 2-3 week late official channel response times. And gets it done within the game as quickly as possible. This includes handing out proper punishments to players who break the rules as well. (Bans /Suspensions etc)
If we (few people) can do something like that , a company like this should be able to do more ,and do it quite effectively. And from what I see, the lack of response and the community outreach is seriously lacking. Step your game up IMC or lose the faith of the community which is already at a low point.

it happens since 12PM server time it means 12 hours already…
IMC maybe struggle or just dont want to pay money to fix this anymore…
try to connect other server it works like SA and EU dunno what happen with SEA
