Can't disband my Guild

Hey guys. I need a help here, please. I have to disband my guild as i wish to transfer to SA server. We were in war last week but it ends 3 days ago… But now i cant disband cause it keep saying that im in war. How can i fix that?

I have your teams down for manual transfer. You don’t have to submit a request ticket, but please make sure you meet all the prerequisites in time or you won’t get transferred.
